Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be charged.
Indeed, as a family structure, this is the time we need to reorganize.
On the other hand, bad weather (except for Prefectural Red Vigilance) does not entail cancellation of the activity.
After all, underwater, we're always wet!

In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, the latter will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Customer will address a written complaint to the professional or, where appropriate, to the professional's Customer Relations Department).
